Nestled in an alleyway on Victoria Street, Christchurch, New Zealand is Charlie Winston's Dry Cleaners. Where once kept the best secret in town, an opium den themed bar called Red Light District. Back in 2017 this bar housed a team of 5 unique individuals who hosted the best hidden treasure in town, ran by the flavour master Zac Goy. During a solid year or two of service, they created some of the most unusually delicious cocktails no one has ever tasted in Christchurch before. 36th Chamber (Gin, Chartreuse, pomegranate & citrus), Disturbance (Bourbon, Mellow Corn, Aperol, Don's Mix, Triple Sec & Bitters) and Opium Sour (Tequila, Pineapple Vinegar, Gomme, Ginger & Egg White) were all born here.
